All orders are printed and shipped from Waukesha, Wisconsin. Because every piece is made to order, there is a production period before your order ships.
Most items take 1–3 business days to print and prepare. More complex items (like county puzzle sets) may take up to 5 business days. Estimated production time is shown on each product page.
During busy periods, production may take slightly longer. We'll let you know if there are any delays with your order.
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination. Once your order ships, standard transit time is typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous US.
Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days from order date.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
