Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we have a limited return window. Please read this policy before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
If we ship you the wrong product, we'll send the correct one at no cost to you and arrange return of the incorrect item.
If your package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after 14 business days), contact us and we will work with the carrier or issue a replacement.
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that were placed correctly and delivered as described. Please review your color and size selection carefully before checking out.
